All our products are Halal and manufactured to meet the highest standards. Saudee is one of the producers who has ISO 22000 and is on course to obtain other accreditations.

Our processing and manufacturing facilities operate in accordance to Saudee’s Total Quality Management approach to maintain optimum food safety.

  • Hygiene practices and sanitation procedures are rigorously upheld and monitored.
  • Proper segregation and compartmentalisation of processing areas are made between raw, semi-processed, and processed items to avoid cross-contamination.
  • Control systems such as metal detectors and temperature controls are incorporated in our production facilities.
Total Quality Management

At Saudee, stringent quality control measures are implemented right from the very beginning so that we meet the strictest food safety and Halal certification standards we are committed to achieve.

Pre-Production

Ingredients, packaging materials, products and processes are assessed by food safety team according to HACCP.

Corrective Actions

Corrective actions are implemented, if required, after the assessment to ensure compliance with food safety and quality requirements.

Process Verification

Validation of product and verification of processes are conducted by QA personnel to ensure adherence to product specification and process flow.

Inspection

IPQC checks the WIP, processes and finished goods at production line according to quality plan and concludes in the respective inspection reports.

Preventive Actions

Any non-conformity found strictly follows the control of non-conforming product, corrective and preventive action procedures.
